Arrow Key Skip for Microsoft Stream/SharePoint

By default, you could only use Alt+J/Alt+L to skip by 10 seconds.
This script allows skipping backward/forward by 5 seconds using left/right arrow keys in Microsoft Stream/SharePoint videos.
