The JWT is sent only when the user initiates a request, for example, to get instant XP, free Super, extend streak, refill hearts, receive XP boosts, or get streak freezes. The JWT is necessary for these functions to operate; without it, providing these benefits to the user is impossible. In our feedback process, we collect the JWT to prevent abuse.

We NEVER collect the JWT unless the user makes a request. If you use Legacy mode, your JWT will never be collected. These points are also outlined in our ToS.
