[youtube.com] Arrow keys hate focus

No focus depending arrow keys binding. Left/Right - always playback, down/up - always volume.

Good At least twice a day I would raise the volume instead of fastforwarding 5 seconds. It used to drive me completely crazy. This script is pure gold.
