Widen Code Container and Hide Whitespace (GitHub)

Adds buttons to allow you to widen the container when viewing files and hide whitespace when viewing pull request diffs

Allows you to widen the container that holds the code up to 75% of the width of your window. It also reverts it back to normal when you click it again. The other button reloads the page without whitespace in pull request diffs.
