Enable Spell Check on OpenAI Playground

Enable spell check for the editor on OpenAI Playground website.

I have bad grammar, sometimes... and I found it really annoying that the default playground mode "complete" does not have spell check enabled.

So I found out the what needed to be fixed and asked ChatGPT to write a script to fix the issue.

Now the it can use the browsers spell check to correct words.

It's not perfect but seems to work.
