Thank you for mentioning this. I don't use Startpage much these days. I'll take a look.
I increased the z-index in version 2.2.0 so it should appear in front.
The import/export window can't be closed, because the header of startpage.com overlaps. So the close-button won't be visible or reachable.
Tiny fix:
#ghhexport {top:105px !important; max-width:67.5% !important}for addons like Stylus.This fix even shrinks the import/export window to a size, where "Google Hit Hider" by Domain can stay opened. Maybe won't bother for having a resolution > 1920px, but since most displays are still this size I think, this will be good to have. And some tinier screens will benefit too :).
