The arrow buttons don't depend on slider/seekbar focus. Left/Right - always playback, Down/Up - always sound volume.

This works great! Normally, after you change the volume in YouTube, the L+R arrow keys become bound to the volume, so that L decreases volume and R increases volume. This script corrects this problem so that the arrow keys remain bound to forward and reverse video advancing.
