Adds silent song notifications with title, artist and cover art

It actually has a delay of 1.5 seconds before triggering the notification. I will make it wait for about six seconds to make notifications less noisy.

Suggestion: a small wait period before notification
How about waiting about 2 seconds after starting playing the title before the notification is shown?
Reason:
Some titles are not played / are stepped over (e.g. in shuffle mode) but the notifications for them are shown with a result of a "stack" of several notifications at the same time.
