When using Picture-in-Picture (PiP), don't scroll to the top of the page when clicking on a timestamp that displays the time of the video.

Firefox does not seem to support the Picture-in-Picture API.

Since it cannot determine if Picture-in-Picture is enabled, the script always acts as if it is disabled.
I found another script that always disables the scrolling of timestamps.
Please try using that one.
